   You will need the a patch from CA to fix one of the problems your
experiencing.
   i.e. ingres/net has a bug for OP1.1/04.

  Secondly, please make user that your using CA-OpenINGRES 1.1 net
drivers.
  6.4/x does not work seemlessly with 6.5x. (OpIngres)

  Thirdly, increase your psf.memory especially if your using an ODBC. ODBC
  translations are heavily parser sensitive.
