QSF pool size

both wrote about E_QS0001 QSF dynamic memory pool is exhausted. 

Kim Headlee, you may want to try increasing your qsf poolsize
first.  Try 3 meg as a good random number;  if that works, you can
try working it down if you like.

If it still fails, try upgrading to 6.4/04 or /05 if possible.
There were QSF memory leaks fixed somewhere along the way but I don't
remember exactly when.  I think they were related to COPY statements.

If you are in an Ingres-Net environment, you may be suffering from
the same bug that I suspect is hitting Mark Leivers: bug #56156.
I don't know the internal details, but we would experience it sporadically
when executing a large REPEATED query.  It's fixed in /05, and possibly
in some sub-releases of /04.
