We have 7 main applications with 600K lines of 4GL code. The only code changes required were to remove some # symbols present in some of our code. The screens had to be re-arranged as the size of buttons and entry fields had changed and overlaps occurred. I had to create a colour table to customise the colours we used in version 2. The standard OpenROAD colours were terrible. Once all that was done, everything worked fine. All our calls to C routines worked, operating system calls, dynamic 4GL processing we do all worked with no problems. The migration went very smoothly and easily. Hope this helps some.
